Just got a phone call from the surgery center.....the surgeon had an emergency. So my surgery is now scheduled for 5PM. I could be a loooong day......no eating or drinking. I am warning my Beloved that I may start to get a bit cranky.
When I got the call, I was afraid they were going to say that he was out with the flu and it would be in a couple days. So many people are sick here.
So late today will still be fine. I checked the surgeons bio......and he has served in the military in Afghanistan and Iraq. So he can handle anything! And I think I'll let him!
Maybe a few games of Spider on the computer will take my mind off food.
